3. User Accounts

4.2 Premium Subscription

4.3 Service Availability

We strive to keep YummiPlates available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4.4 Third-Party Content

When you extract recipes from external websites, you're accessing third-party content. We don't own or control that content and aren't responsible for its accuracy, safety, or legality.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

"Your Content" includes recipes, notes, adjustments, and other data you submit to YummiPlates.

5.2 Ownership

You retain all rights to Your Content. However, you grant YummiPlates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process Your Content to provide and improve our Service.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it doesn't violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5.4 Our Content

The YummiPlates platform, including its design, features, logos, and original content, is owned by YummiPlates and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Service.

5.5 Recipe Sources

Recipes extracted from third-party websites remain the property of their original creators. YummiPlates simply provides tools to save and organize these recipes for your personal use.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Refunds may be provided within 7 days of initial purchase
• No refunds for partial billing periods after 7 days
• Technical issues may qualify for pro-rated refunds

7. Acceptable Use Policy

8. AI Features & Disclaimers

8.1 AI-Generated Content

YummiPlates uses AI to extract recipes, generate meal plans, and make recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

8.2 Nutritional Information

Nutritional estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. Always verify nutritional information if you have specific dietary needs or health conditions.

8.3 Allergen Warnings

⚠️ IMPORTANT: While we help you filter recipes based on dietary restrictions and allergies, our AI may make mistakes. Always verify ingredients yourself, especially if you have severe allergies. YummiPlates is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues.

8.4 Medical Advice

YummiPlates is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for dietary and health concerns.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

YummiPlates is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9.2 No Liability for Third-Party Content

We're not responsible for recipes or content from external websites. We don't verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party recipes.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YummiPlates and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in your account settings. Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
